Those are Tumbleweed 840mm wide 30 degree sweep Persuader bars sitting pretty on the Velo Orange classic stem. We’ll leave that funky stem stack for a bit until the position is dialled…. Brooks B17 saddle looks great on the Genetic silver seatpost and the Teravail grips are a wild match.
